Your tasks:
- Customer care and increasing customer satisfaction
- Application of common core tools for complaint processing (8D, Ishikawa, 5Why)
- Support for customer portals in the area of new projects and quality
- Planning, preparation and evaluation of audits and key figures
- Implementation of process audits according to VDA 6.3
- Implementation of APQP of new projects and acceptances
- Supporting production in defining corrective measures
- Interface coordination within the framework of Fast Response
Your profile:
- Completed technical training with further training, e.g. as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing company in the automotive sector
- VDA 6.3 process auditor
- Knowledge of the core tools
- Experience in risk analysis and risk minimization
- Experienced MS Office skills
