Job description

We are currently looking for a Store Employee (m/f/d) for an internationally operating major customer in the upmarket retail/high price segment.

The position is full-time and is to be filled on a temporary basis.

Your tasks:

• Sale of precious metal bars in gold and silver to customers
• Responsibility for reconciling the cash register and the precious metal stock in the store
• Processing of service requests and discreet and conscientious handling of customer questions and requests
• Support and cooperation with the commercial teams and contribution to the improvement of cross-departmental cooperation
• Careful and orderly presentation of the precious metal bars in the store
• General store activities (tidying up, restocking, etc.)

Your profile:

• Completed training in the banking sector or comparable commercial training, a lateral entry is also possible with appropriate experience, e.g. from sales in upscale retail or high-price segment (e.g. jeweler or luxury goods)
• Knowledge in the area of service hotline/call center
• Knowledge of cash register management, supplemented by customer, sales and service orientation
• Ideally experience with over-the-counter business and handling precious metals
• Very good written and spoken German
• Good MS Office skills
• Basic knowledge of English
• Team spirit, independent and structured way of working as well as solution-oriented action, even in complex situations
• Entry-free Schufa and PFZ required
