Your tasks:
- Posting of incoming invoices
- Creation of payment runs (Payment run)
- Payment of supplier invoices
- Posting outgoing payments to vendors (bank)
- Master record maintenance and new vendor creation
- Posting forwarding invoices
- Examination of import customs notifications
- Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting (accounts receivable)
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Initiative and ability to work in a team
