Your tasks:
- You are the digital contact person for our customers in a future-oriented team
- You will support our clients by phone, video or email in the areas of liquidity, pensions & protection and assets
- You process incoming customer inquiries and orders on a case-by-case basis
- You ensure that the customer feels comfortable in a pleasant and empathetic conversation atmosphere
- You recognize sales signals and refer the customer to our specialists if necessary
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed training as a bank clerk or a comparable qualification
- You enjoy inspiring customers and trying out new things
- You are interested in digital sales channels
- You are communicative, empathetic and enjoy working with people
- You like to organize your working hours flexibly, are a team player and have the ability to organize yourself
