• Customer advice
• Inbound calls
• Order acceptance, first-level support, complaints management or telephone switchboard
• Administrative activities

Your profile:

• Completed training desirable, but not mandatory
• Experience in dealing with customers, preferably in telephone customer service
• Business fluent in German and good knowledge of English
• Empathy, ability to work in a team and an organized way of working
