Your tasks:
- Customer advice
- Inbound calls
- Order acceptance, first-level support, complaints management or telephone switchboard
- Administrative activities
Your profile:
- Completed training desirable, but not mandatory
- Experience in dealing with customers, preferably in telephone customer service
- Business fluent in German and good knowledge of English
- Empathy, ability to work in a team and an organized way of working
