Your tasks:

✅ Independent processing of supplier orders: Ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and on time.

✅ Inventory and procurement planning: Strategic planning and optimization of inventories to ensure a smooth supply.

✅ Co-design and further development of processes: Active participation in the further development and optimization of processes in procurement.

✅ Administrative support: responsibility for organizational tasks and maintaining relevant data to ensure smooth operations.

Your profile:

✅ Completed commercial training: Sound business knowledge as a basis for your work.

✅ Professional experience an advantage: Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in the relevant field.

✅ Very good written and spoken German: strong communication skills and precise expression in German.

✅ Confident handling of MS Office: Experienced in the use of common MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
