Your area of responsibility:

• You lead and motivate the line supervisors (m/f/d) of the five production lines, the focus is on starting up, changing over and shutting down the production lines
• Thanks to your high level of comprehension and analytical skills, you ensure that the production process is carried out with regard to occupational safety, quality, productivity and adherence to delivery dates
• You will also monitor the organization and implementation of measures in the areas of occupational safety and hygiene standards according to HACCP
• Active cooperation with the adjacent specialist departments
• Consistent implementation of performance and consumption indicators
• You are actively involved in supporting the organization and management of internal projects and strategic planning
• Thanks to your strong communication skills, you are able to collaborate across departments
• You report directly to the plant management

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in the field of food technology, alternatively a commercial-technical apprenticeship either with corresponding further qualification in food technology or corresponding many years of professional experience in the area of responsibility
• In addition, at least two years of professional experience and knowledge in the food industry
• Management experience in a production environment
• Resilience and commitment
• Willingness to work in shifts (24/7) 
• Reliable, independent, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
• Professional handling of key figures and Microsoft Office applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• good written and spoken German (C1), other language skills are also welcome
