Skilled worker (m/f/d) quartz glass production

Job description

We are looking for skilled workers (m/f/d) in quartz glass production at the Kleinostheim site at the earliest possible date. The position is to be filled full-time at our major customer, the world market leader in the chemical industry. Willingness to work full shifts is a prerequisite.

Your area of responsibility:

• Operating special machines (quartz glass processing)
• Vertically measure and cut glass bodies (continuous material) with different geometries and evaluate them according to specified quality criteria
• Transport of the glass bodies using flood conveyors
• Operating the overhead crane/bridge crane
• Documentation of the work performed

What you bring with you:

• Completed industrial training and/or several years of professional experience in the industrial sector and/or production
• Crane operator's license for bridge or gantry cranes desirable
• Basic knowledge of SAP desirable
• Good eyesight
• Committed and structured way of working
• Written and spoken German
• Willingness to work full-time shifts
