Your tasks:

• Preparation of orders from international and national suppliers
• Delivery date tracking
• Check and enter order confirmations
• Processing and checking sales inquiries and specifications (delivery time, special productions, prices)
• Monthly data maintenance for the Federal Statistical Office
• Inventory support at the end of the year

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training with further training in purchasing or equivalent studies
• Very good written and spoken German
• Very good MS-Office knowledge
• Ideally SAP knowledge
• Enjoy working in a team
