Your tasks:

• Coordination of production orders
• Monitoring and organizing the procurement of raw materials for production
• Time and resource planning
• Coordination of delivery quantities and deadlines with suppliers
• Planning the production of end products, sales items and assemblies
• Checking availability for customer orders
• Definition, updating and control of scheduling parameters
• Advanced design and improvement of merchandise management processes, including master data management
• Compilation and analysis of performance indicators

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, preferably in a medium-sized company in the manufacturing industry
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing or production planning
• Strong interest in technical products and processes
• Experience in planning and controlling production processes
• Confident handling of ERP systems and sound knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to act proactively
• Independent, structured and efficient way of working
• Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
