Your tasks:

  • Creating order confirmations by telephone and e-mail
  • Customer advice / customer support in writing and by telephone
  • Acceptance of complaints
  • Status information on existing processes and orders
  • Appointment tracking 

Your profile:

  • Completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d) or comparable
  • Good German language skills are essential
  • Ideally experience in customer support / internal sales
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Distinct service orientation
  • Good manners and eloquence
  • High level of communication skills, ability to work under pressure and in a team
