Your tasks:
- Independent preparation and implementation of monthly payroll accounting in accordance with applicable legal regulations
- Contact for managers and employees for all payroll-related questions
- Communication with health insurance companies, insurance companies, government offices and authorities
- Management and updating of employee data
- Management and maintenance of time recording data
- Preparation of certificates, reports and statistical evaluations
- Assistance with annual financial statements and account reconciliations
- Preparation of data for personnel controlling
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in the commercial sector
- Sound knowledge of labor, wage tax and social security law
- Experience in the use of SAP HCM an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a team, resilience, commitment
