Your tasks:

  • Independent preparation and implementation of monthly payroll accounting in accordance with applicable legal regulations
  • Contact for managers and employees for all payroll-related questions
  • Communication with health insurance companies, insurance companies, government offices and authorities 
  • Management and updating of employee data
  • Management and maintenance of time recording data
  • Preparation of certificates, reports and statistical evaluations
  • Assistance with annual financial statements and account reconciliations
  • Preparation of data for personnel controlling

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in the commercial sector
  • Sound knowledge of labor, wage tax and social security law
  • Experience in the use of SAP HCM an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in a team, resilience, commitment
