Your area of responsibility:
- Comprehensive handling of business processes
- Participation in the profit-, customer- and service-oriented execution of tasks in accordance with the service standards of Versicherungs-AG
- Review of the claim with regard to insurance cover, liability - on the merits and in terms of amount - and decisions within the scope of existing powers of attorney
- Advice for policyholders in the event of a claim
- Information of all kinds on existing damage
- Processing of complaints
- Negotiation with insured persons, injured parties, lawyers and third parties in the event of a claim within the scope of existing powers of attorney
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed training in the insurance or legal sector, e.g. insurance clerks (m/f/d), legal and notary assistants (m/f/d) etc.
- Several years of professional experience in the processing of motor vehicle damage
- Strong service and commitment, combined with pleasure in dealing with people on the phone
- Strong goal and solution orientation
- PC routine and a good command of the German language - written and spoken
- Independent working style and good written and oral communication skills
- Enjoy making decisions independently
- High willingness to change in a dynamic environment
- We are talking about a 38 hour week with flexible working hours
- A clean certificate of good conduct must be available before starting.
