Your area of responsibility:

• Setting up injection molding machines including automation and peripherals
• Adjustment and optimization of system parameters with regard to product quality and cycle time
• Good knowledge of machine-related control systems (Engel, Krauss Maffei)
• Operating and programming the handling robot of the injection molding machines
• Carrying out preventive maintenance according to specifications
• Troubleshooting and independent rectification of faults on tools and machines, sometimes with the support of the maintenance and service department
• Systematic monitoring of tools and machines with regard to setting parameters, including necessary adjustments
• Carrying out systematic sampling with documentation
• Instruction and control of integrated production assistants (m/f/d)

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed specialist vocational training, e.g. plastics molding technician (m/f/d), process mechanic (m/f/d) for plastics and rubber technology
• Professional experience in the above field of activity
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs
• Fluent in written and spoken German
• Quality orientation and problem-solving skills
• High motivation, flexibility and willingness to work alternating shifts
