Your tasks:

• Checking component drawings according to requirements, references, shape and position tolerances, etc.
• Coordination of production strategies for the various components with the different production departments
• Definition of measurement strategies and measurement methods according to corresponding requirements
• Conceptualizing and requesting measurement recordings
• Preparation and creation of measuring programs, measuring equipment, etc.
• Measurement/testing of internal initial samples and components according to measurement specifications using portal and column measuring machines, measuring arms, scanners and laser trackers as well as all other standard surface measuring devices and manual measuring equipment - including forwarding the
  results to the relevant specialist departments
• Interpretation of dimensional deviations incl. coordination of measures in the event of relevant deviations
• Preparation of measurement reports and test documents - according to customer requirements

Your profile:

• Completed training in the metal or plastics processing industry
• Several years of professional experience as a test and measurement technician
• Sound experience in manufacturing and production processes
• Very good knowledge of test and length measurement technology
• Sound experience in the creation of measurement programs, ideally in the measurement software "Metrosoft Quartis", "Hexagon PC-DMIS", "Zeiss Calypso"
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Written and spoken English (desirable)
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English skills
• Goal-oriented thinking and action
• High degree of initiative, team spirit and reliability
