Your area of responsibility:
- Acceptance and processing of customer orders / customer service
- Processing of outgoing goods
- Outgoing goods inspection, documentation and receipt
- Creation of shipping documents
- Processing complaints and returns
- Support in driver dispatch
- Consignment-related communication with customers, service providers and departure stations
- Support for quality management
What you bring with you:
- Completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics services or comparable commercial training or corresponding professional experience
- Practical work experience in warehouse logistics
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong communication and assertiveness as well as a pronounced customer orientation
- Independent, team-oriented and organized working style
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
- Good written and spoken English skills desirable
