Your area of responsibility:

  • Acceptance and processing of customer orders / customer service
  • Processing of outgoing goods
  • Outgoing goods inspection, documentation and receipt
  • Creation of shipping documents
  • Processing complaints and returns
  • Support in driver dispatch
  • Consignment-related communication with customers, service providers and departure stations
  • Support for quality management

What you bring with you:

  • Completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics services or comparable commercial training or corresponding professional experience
  • Practical work experience in warehouse logistics
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and assertiveness as well as a pronounced customer orientation
  • Independent, team-oriented and organized working style
  • Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
  • Good written and spoken English skills desirable
