Your tasks:

• Planning and implementation of construction, maintenance, renovation and refurbishment measures
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations
• Technical contact for locker systems
• Management of access control systems 
• Review and creation of work instructions 
• Maintaining contact with important institutions, service providers and multipliers

• Successfully completed technical training
• Structured, precise and responsible way of working
• High level of initiative, quick comprehension, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
