We are looking for a committed and experienced commercial manager as a part-time commercial employee (m/f/d) for our metal production and processing company. In this key position, you will be responsible for the strategic orientation and operational management of our company site in Hartha near Döbeln. Your tasks:

• Support with production planning
• Monitoring customer appointments and delivery call-offs
• Posting of goods receipt documents
• Preparation of accompanying documents and outgoing goods deliveries (partly with customs clearance)
• Inventory entry
• General correspondence
• Administrative tasks (e.g. orders)
• Inbox / Outbox
• Telephone exchange

Your profile:

• Completed training or studies in the field of business administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a managerial position, ideally in the metalworking or industrial sector
• Sound knowledge of finance and accounting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
