Your tasks:
- Supervision of international quality projects in close cooperation with other teams (national/international)
- Verification of compliance with quality standards
- Processing, documentation and follow-up of internal quality deviations
- Organization and implementation of training measures
- Documentation and maintenance of quality procedures in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
- Support in auditing processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Review and preparation of reports and evaluations and their reporting
Your profile:
- Completed further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman or a completed bachelor's degree with a focus on quality management or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in quality management or quality assurance in a production environment
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and experience in the implementation of quality management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good communication skills in English and German (written and spoken) are required
- Good knowledge of quality management tools and software
