Your tasks:

  • Maintenance and management of master data
  • Disposition and processing of customer orders incl. booking in the ERP system
  • Responsibility for on-time delivery in cooperation with the warehouse and transportation departments
  • Processing of complaints management and any claims that arise
  • Support with administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a forwarding agent or comparable qualification
  • Ideally knowledge in the area of storage and hazardous goods
  • Experienced with MS Office applications
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage
  • High resilience and good time management
  • Communication skills and customer orientation
  • Enjoy working in a team
