Your tasks:
- Preparation of quotations, order confirmations and invoices as well as order-related customer correspondence
- Communication with customers and suppliers
- Clarification of problem cases and open positions
- Organization of the freight and delivery process
- Link between the specialist department and production
- General administrative activities
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Quick comprehension and ability to think in a networked and complex way
- Independent, careful and reliable way of working
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and organizational talent
- Good knowledge of MS Office and an ERP system
