Your tasks:

  • Supporting managers with complex customer relationships
  • First point of contact for customer inquiries 
  • Responsible for central communication
  • Service-oriented correspondence with our business partners
  • Independent planning and organization of appointments for a smooth office workflow
  • Allocation and monitoring of appointment management
  • Customer reception and control of the switchboard
  • General administrative and office work

Your profile:

  • You have professional experience in the service or service industry
  • Ideally you have a commercial education 
  • You enjoy working with people
  • You have a high degree of organizational talent
  • You keep an overview and a cool head even in stressful situations
  • You enjoy working in a team and actively support your colleagues
