Your tasks:

• Recording of fault messages after prior selection
• Input in database
• Processing customer inquiries and complaints
• Creation of maintenance, inspection and repair plans
• Creation of energy flow diagrams Maintenance and support of service and call-off plans
• Processing network information

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
• Experience and knowledge in database maintenance, process organization and back office
• Very good PC user skills
• Ability to work in a team and negotiating skills
• Communication and contact skills
• Flexibility and resilience
