Your tasks:
- Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and balance sheets
- Evaluation of the profit and loss account
- Preparation/support services for external service providers such as banks, insurance companies
- Assistance with applications for funding
- Inventory valuation
- Management of financial data and documents
- Preparation of financial reports and analyses
- Monitoring the company's financial performance
- Support with budget planning and monitoring, controlling
- Identification of financial risks and opportunities
- Close cooperation with other departments to achieve financial targets
Your profile:
- Business studies or commercial training plus further training in accounting
- Professional experience in finance/controlling
- Very good knowledge of an ERP system and MS Office (Excel)
- Very good knowledge of German and at best good knowledge of English
- Ability to work in a team and results-oriented approach
- Conceptual, independent working style and proactive approach to finding solutions
- Persuasiveness and strong communication skills
