Your area of responsibility:

  • You are the contact person for the service partners for commercial kitchen products in the Central Europe region
  • Your tasks will include technical support - by telephone and on site, holding training courses in German and English for service technicians from service companies and specialist dealers, clarifying technical problems with manufacturers, technical support for global and regional key account customers.

What you bring with you:

  • Completed vocational training, ideally as a skilled worker in electrical engineering (m/f/d) or knowledge acquired through relevant professional experience
  • A certificate for working on gas appliances is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills, other languages are an advantage
  • Ability to conduct technical training
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Customer-oriented thinking and corresponding commitment
  • Communication skills and telephone skills
  • Passion for new technologies
  • Ability to work independently and conceptually, good comprehension skills with a high sense of responsibility and interest in taking on responsibility quickly
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to travel
  • Driver's license mandatory
