Your area of responsibility:
- You process incoming customer inquiries
via telephone and e-mail and support customers as a fast and competent contact person - You provide our customers with comprehensive advice on insurance products and services
- You manage customer information and ensure that customer data is always up to date
- You will work closely with the office team and ensure smooth communication to ensure seamless and customer-oriented support
- You contribute your own suggestions for modernizing and optimizing processes and help us to keep improving

- You have successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
