Your area of responsibility:

• Property management, operation, maintenance, expansion and servicing of systems, heating systems, cooling systems, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems and other building services systems
• Obtaining quotations, ordering spare parts, placing orders, monitoring, coordinating and accepting them
• Maintenance of documentation and test books
• Maintenance of technical building systems, also across trades
• Compliance with legal guidelines and standards as well as all occupational safety regulations

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in building services, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Experience in the maintenance of technical systems is desirable
• Craftsmanship and technical affinity
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good written and spoken German
