Your tasks:

• Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Entry and posting of all incoming and outgoing invoices in Datev
• Receivables management and dunning
• Transmission of all invoices and data to the tax office via Datev and close cooperation with the tax office
• Checking incoming payments
• Audit and settlement of travel expense reports
• Processing the OP list
• Contact for all financial accounting issues
• Reporting to the management

Your profile:

• Training as a tax clerk or commercial training with professional experience in financial accounting
• Experience in financial accounting
• Affinity for numbers and good MS Office skills as well as knowledge of Datev
• Team-oriented and hands-on 
• Communicative, committed, numerate and solution-oriented
• Desire to be part of a family and healthy team and to grow with the company
