Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for operational personnel controlling
  • Contact person (m/f/d) for all questions relating to HR key figures
  • Preparation of personnel statistics and personnel reports with target/actual comparisons and actual/actual comparisons
  • Supervision of reporting and monitoring of changes to the legal framework
  • Determining the care budget for budget negotiations
  • Analyzing and commenting on the results of reports in preparation for budget discussions and advising managers and management on calculating and planning staffing requirements+

Your profile:

  • Business studies with experience in personnel controlling, ideally in a hospital environment - or qualified commercial vocational training with corresponding further training in controlling/personnel controlling and several years of professional experience
  • Expert knowledge of Excel
  • Strong analytical mindset, a very strong affinity for IT and numbers as well as a good understanding of complex relationships and processes
  • Structured, process-oriented and precise way of working
  • Sensitive handling of company data
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and high solution orientation
