Your tasks:
- Entry and processing of orders
- Forwarding and monitoring store orders
- Complaints processing and monitoring
- Invoice approval and reporting
- Inventory preparation and follow-up
- Checking and tracking stock levels in the system
- Telephone consultations with colleagues and suppliers
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
- First professional experience in purchasing processing desirable
- Good MS Office skills
- Independent work
- Reliability and personal responsibility
- You are communicative and conversationally confident
- Committed, motivated and a team player
