Your tasks:

  • Forwarding and monitoring store orders
  • Complaints processing and monitoring
  • Invoice approval and reporting
  • Inventory preparation and follow-up
  • Checking and tracking stock levels in the system
  • Telephone consultations with colleagues and suppliers

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
  • First professional experience in purchasing processing desirable
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Independent work
  • Reliability and personal responsibility
  • You are communicative and conversationally confident
  • Committed, motivated and a team player
