Your tasks:
- Holistic personnel support starting with the preparation of employment contracts, transfers and resignations as well as the determination of the classification in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement
- Preparation of payroll accounting including travel expense accounting
- Recording and controlling downtime
Advising employees and managers on all billing-related, social security and employment law issues - Correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities
- Carrying out the certification system and the preparation of certificates
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training. Further training as a human resources specialist (m/f/d) desirable
- You have initial experience in personnel administration and payroll accounting
- Commitment and service orientation
- Good MS Office skills as well as knowledge of Sage
- Team-oriented and structured
