Your tasks:
- Recording, checking and posting of national and international incoming invoices in compliance with all legal regulations
- Travel expense and credit card statements
- Clarification and reconciliation of vendor accounts and processing of open items
- Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, the preparation of payment runs and the processing of reminders
- Support in the further development and optimization of accounts payable processes
- Representation in accounts receivable accounting
- Monitoring of payment deadlines
- Consultation with suppliers and business partners
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, with experience in accounting or comparable qualifications
- First professional experience in the accounts payable department desirable
- Independent working style and punctuality
- Analytical, structured and organized
