Your tasks:

  • Recording, checking and posting of national and international incoming invoices in compliance with all legal regulations
  • Travel expense and credit card statements
  • Clarification and reconciliation of vendor accounts and processing of open items
  • Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, the preparation of payment runs and the processing of reminders
  • Support in the further development and optimization of accounts payable processes
  • Representation in accounts receivable accounting
  • Monitoring of payment deadlines
  • Consultation with suppliers and business partners

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training, with experience in accounting or comparable qualifications
  • First professional experience in the accounts payable department desirable
  • Independent working style and punctuality
  • Analytical, structured and organized
