For our client in Hornberg, a leading technology company in the fields of electrification and automation, we are looking for a Production Employee (m/f/d) with industry supplement with immediate effect.

This is what you can expect from us:

Hourly wage with industry surcharge:

Starting salary 17.51 euros
after three months 18.28 euros
after five months 19.80 euros
after seven months 22.08 euros
after nine months 22.85 euros
after fifteen months 25.13 euros

Your area of responsibility:

• Precise assembly: You carefully assemble electronic assemblies according to specifications.
• Careful visual inspection: You carry out detailed visual inspections to detect faults at an early stage.
• Assembly & testing: You assemble components and carry out simple testing activities.
• Final inspection: You carry out the final visual inspection of the devices.
• Secure packaging: you pack the goods for shipping

What you bring with you:

• Required qualifications: Strong fine motor skills and a high degree of care.
• Required experience: Experience in assembly work is desirable.
• Experience with electronics: Ideally experience in working with electronic components and assemblies.
• Reliability: A conscientious and responsible way of working.
• Willingness to work shifts: Flexibility to work in a 2-shift system.
