Hourly wage with industry surcharge:
Starting wage 24.64 euros
27.38 euros after fifteen months
Your area of responsibility:
- Ensuring supply: You ensure that materials are supplied on time and in accordance with our requirements.
- Order processing: You process orders on the basis of existing contracts and framework agreements.
- Order management: You process order confirmations and track delivery dates.
- Invoice verification: You check, clarify and approve supplier invoices in the event of deviations and cost changes (e.g. LME).
- Supplier support & development: You support and develop our suppliers in your area of responsibility.
- Freight cost management: You check and approve freight costs.
- KLT management: You support the maintenance of the KLT rotations.
- Interface management: You act as an important point of contact between suppliers, strategic purchasing, production, order management, warehouse, logistics (ZAMB) and quality.
What you bring with you:
- Completed training: Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a materials management specialist.
- Professional experience: At least 3 years experience in operational purchasing, preferably in a series production environment.
- SAP knowledge: Very good user knowledge in SAP MM, ideally also in PP.
- Language skills: Good written and spoken German and English.
- Personal strengths: Strong team player, agility and strong communication skills.
- IT skills: Good MS Office skills.
