Hourly wage with industry surcharge:
Starting wage 19.71 euros
21.91 euros after fifteen months
Your area of responsibility:
- System operation & setup: You operate and set up our production systems according to the production specifications
- Material loading: You load the systems on time with the required material according to production planning
- Quality assurance: You carry out product and process checks in accordance with our quality assurance specifications
- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance): You work on the tasks within the framework of our TPM system for plant maintenance and optimization
- Process optimization: You actively contribute to the team in order to continuously improve our processes and procedures
What you bring with you:
- Completed vocational training: Successfully completed vocational training in the technical field or experience in machine operation
- Technical interest: Enthusiasm for technology and the desire to familiarize yourself with new systems
- Flexibility: willingness to work in 4-shift operation
