Your area of responsibility:
In this position, you will play an active role in the sale of photovoltaic solutions for private customers. You will be the first point of contact for interested parties and support them from the initial consultation to the conclusion of the contract.
The position is perfect for you if you are a strong communicator, have an affinity for technology, are customer-oriented and love to work in a structured manner and close deals.
Your tasks at a glance:
Customer acquisition & initial consultation:
Actively approaching and acquiring new private customers in the area of Grafschaft, Münsterland and Emsland
Conducting needs analyses and consultations - by telephone, digitally or on site
Offer management & closing:
- Preparation and presentation of individual PV offers
- Supporting interested parties through to the conclusion of the contract
- Follow-up and post-processing of offers
Coordination & interface work:
- Coordination with the technical office staff and project management
- Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
Market observation & development:
- Participation in the further development of sales strategies
- Observation of regional market trends and competitors
This role combines technical advice with sales skills and requires initiative, commitment and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
What you bring with you:
- Professional requirements:
- Completed vocational training - ideally in the technical, commercial or craft sector
- Initial experience in sales or customer service desirable (e.g. field sales, office sales, customer service)
- Basic technical understanding, especially for photovoltaics or renewable energies (lateral entry possible with a high willingness to learn)
- Personal skills:
- Strong communication skills - persuasive, engaging and personable Structured and independent way of working with a high level of self-motivation Confidence in closing deals and goal orientation in the sales process Ability to work in a team and enjoy providing advice, including in digital formats Willingness to undergo further training (e.g. through internal academy)
- Nice-to-have: Experience with CRM systems and digital tools in the sales process Regional roots in the Schüttorf/Lower Saxony area Enthusiasm for sustainable topics and customer-oriented implementation
