Your area of responsibility:

  • Operational HR work across the entire employee life cycle 
  • Supervision of applicant management incl. creation of job profiles, conducting job interviews and contract negotiations 
  • Participation in monthly payroll accounting and administration of transaction data in time management 
  • Contact for employees 
  • Participation in HR projects and continuous further development of processes 

What you bring with you:

  • Completed commercial training with further training as a personnel officer or a comparable qualification 
  • Several years of experience in personnel management 
  • Sound knowledge of labor and works constitution law 
  • Strong communication, moderation and social skills
