Your area of responsibility:
- Operational HR work across the entire employee life cycle
- Supervision of applicant management incl. creation of job profiles, conducting job interviews and contract negotiations
- Participation in monthly payroll accounting and administration of transaction data in time management
- Contact for employees
- Participation in HR projects and continuous further development of processes
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training with further training as a personnel officer or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in personnel management
- Sound knowledge of labor and works constitution law
- Strong communication, moderation and social skills
