This is what you can expect from us:

Your tasks:

✅ Independent organization and processing of air freight shipments in import and export - from order entry to delivery

✅ Coordination and communication with airlines, customers, customs authorities and logistics partners to ensure smooth processes

✅ Preparation and control of all necessary shipping, freight and customs documents in compliance with legal requirements

✅ Monitoring of transports, deadlines and shipment status as well as proactive problem solving in the event of deviations

Your profile:

✅ Completed training
as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable qualification

✅ First professional experience
(1-2 years) in the field of freight forwarding, ideally in the air freight sector

✅ Knowledge of air freight handling and experience in dealing with the relevant documents is an advantage

✅ Valid background check according to §7 LuftSiG (Aviation Security Act) required
