for processing in the internal sales department 

in temporary employment with the option of a permanent position

Your area of responsibility:

  • Processing customer inquiries and preparing quotations
  • Tracking offers
  • Acceptance of orders and order processing
  • Handling the operational procurement processes for merchandise
  • Delivery date monitoring
  • Clarification of invoice differences and creation of credit and debit notes
  • Master data maintenance
  • Support with complaints processing
  • Support with export processing including preparation of customs documents
  • Technical clarification with the support of the design department

What you bring with you:

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • First professional experience in the internal sales department of a production company
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Further training in export or customs clearance desirable
  • Knowledge of an ERP system, ideally SAP
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • High degree of team spirit
  • Distinct customer orientation
