Janitor (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Maintenance of the outdoor area (incl. minor activities in green space maintenance)
• Small manual tasks (minor repairs, cleaning work, tours, simple troubleshooting)
• Supervision of maintenance and servicing work by external companies on building and building services equipment and systems
• Organization and support of technical building equipment (monitoring and digital documentation of maintenance cycles, etc.)
• Support with moving and clearing work within the location
• Ensuring the safety, order and cleanliness of the property and building
• Receiving various deliveries (hygiene articles for washrooms, drinks, coffee, etc.)
• Substitute closing duty (morning or evening)

What you bring with you:

• Ability to work in a team and a high degree of reliability
• Completed vocational training in the craft sector desirable or comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience, ideally in a trade or facility management environment
• Systematic and independent way of working
• Physical resilience
• Organizational talent
• Good written and spoken German
• Class B driver's license, 
• Forklift driver's license
