Your tasks:
- Independently ensuring and implementing the production plan according to specifications
- Support employees in the execution of work and, if necessary, determine the execution of work
- Reschedule work processes at short notice in the event of disruptions and bottlenecks
- Coordination of the team members
- Create staff scheduling and vacation planning and coordinate with the foreman
- Shift handover as part of APS or store floor meeting
- Ensuring occupational safety, order and cleanliness
Your profile:
- 3 years of subject-specific completed vocational training
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Language skills: German B 1, English B 1
- Personal initiative and responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and leadership skills
- Willingness for further training
- Willingness to work a 3-shift system
