Your tasks:

  • You support the management in operational, organizational and administrative matters of day-to-day business
  • The office organization as well as the administration of incoming and outgoing mail fall within your area of responsibility
  • You are responsible for arranging and preparing appointments
  • You handle general business correspondence reliably.
  • Obtain and prepare information for regular management reporting
  • You process the workflows within the management, obtain approvals and releases and carry out invoice verification including system processing
  • You will be responsible for comprehensive travel management, including visa procurement for the Inovan locations in Birkenfeld
  • You plan and organize business trips and take care of the preparation and follow-up of travel expense reports for management
  • Preparing visits, looking after guests and catering are also part of your duties
  • You design and participate in company events in collaboration with the HR department
  • As a key user for SAP Concur, you are responsible for the application
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining the website

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in business administration (BWL), business administration, alternatively completed commercial vocational qualification, e.g. as an office management assistant or comparable qualification
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience required
  • MS Office skills required
  • SAP knowledge desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Very good organizational skills, proactive, pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
  • Independent use of methods and tools
  • Loyalty and integrity, diligence and structure
