Your tasks:
- Processing customer inquiries
- Receipt and clarification of complaints and claims
- Analysis of causes of complaints
- Checking, creating and posting incoming and outgoing invoices and claims invoices
- Preparation of the month-end closing
- General office responsibility
- Administration in the branch office in all commercial matters
- Personnel administration, time recording and vacation planning for employees
- Cooperation with external bodies and authorities
- Keeping statistics and responsibility for the transmission of data to the branch management and the executive board
- Organization of meetings and company events
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with a logistics focus
- Experience in customer service and/or accounting
- Ability to compromise and assertiveness
- Independent working style with hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with WMS and SAP an advantage
