On behalf of a well-known client from Mainz, we are looking for a part-time Payroll Specialist (m/f/d), 20-30 hours per week, on a DIRECT HIRE basis.

Your tasks:

  • Carrying out monthly payroll accounting with DATEV
  • Preparation of required notifications for health insurance, pension insurance providers, employers' liability insurance association
  • Processing of all follow-up work for payroll accounting
  • Support with annual financial statements
  • Processing of secondment applications
  • Management of insurance contracts
  • Maintenance of master data and Excel statistics
  • Support for the HR department

Your profile:

  • Completed tax training or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the field of payroll accounting
  • Confident handling of MS Office products
  • Up-to-date knowledge of wage tax and social security law
  • DATEV and NAVISION knowledge
  • Structured, conscientious and independent way of working
