Your tasks:
- Tracking and monitoring of orders to ensure timely delivery; the tasks also include sending reminders for outstanding invoices
- Supporting the team by independently looking after the customer base in consultation and coordination with sales managers at home and abroad
- Processing and tracking customer complaints in the CRM tool, as well as creating credit notes and clarifying accounts
- Responsibility for pricing, quotation and order processing in SAP as well as ensuring complaint-free master data maintenance
- Processing incoming inquiries and orders in coordination with the internal and external interfaces, as well as taking over the delivery planning in coordination with the responsible Sales Manager, the disposition and the customer
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in order processing
- Strong customer and service orientation with an interest in technical products
- Business fluent in Spanish, French and English as well as good written and spoken German
- Professional experience in the customer service / supply chain area
- Confident handling of SAP R/3 and MS 365
- Quick comprehension, strong communication skills, intercultural competence as well as the ability to work in a team, organizational talent and a structured way of working
