Your tasks:
- You accompany your assigned group throughout the day
- Cooperation with parents in the context of educational processes
- Integration of children with special needs
- Child-oriented design of educational and upbringing processes in the respective age group of the facility
- Cooperation with various institutions
Your profile:
- A professional qualification as an educator (m/f/d) or another qualification in accordance with § 25 b of the Hessian Children and Youth Code (HKJGB)
- Knowledge of the Hessian education and upbringing plan and the situational approach
- Ability to work in a team, intercultural competence and independent working style
- Ability to reflect, empathy and creativity
- You enjoy working in a team and with children
