Your tasks:

• Monitoring customer call-offs
• Consultation with customers and production
• Monitoring and processing tasks in the customer portals
• Support for container management and packaging changes
• Creation and publication of loading lists for shipping
• Processing of manual orders
• Internal provision of customer data for all specialist departments and further development of the system
• Supporting compliance with guidelines, processes and rules
• Contributing to the continuous improvement processes (CIP)
• Supporting the company's activities in the areas of health, occupational safety and environmental protection
• Economical and conscious use of all environmentally relevant resources (energy, input materials, auxiliary/operating materials)
• Implementation of all environmental and occupational safety regulations

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in customer service
• High level of commitment and independence as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Team orientation
• English language skills Introduction C1
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office applications and ideally experience with an ERP system
