On behalf of a well-known client from the Günzburg region, we are looking for you as an Operational Buyer (m/f/d) for direct placement .

Your tasks:

• Execution of orders and monitoring of delivery dates
• Obtaining and comparing offers
• Checking order confirmations
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure a smooth procurement process
• Maintenance and updating of purchasing-relevant master data
• Supervision of a separate subject area (operational responsibility)
• Communication and maintaining contact with suppliers

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing are an advantage,
• ideally in a manufacturing company
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking and a meticulous way of working
