Your area of responsibility:

• Order planning and processing for all deliveries and sample shipments for customers (national and international)
• Preparation of accompanying documents.
• Clarification of freight costs for individual shipments and express shipments with freight forwarders
• Audit of freight invoices
• Responsible for customs clearance for exports to third countries and the creation of QM certificates according to customer requirements

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training, preferably in a forwarding environment
• Sound knowledge of logistics / transportation management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP, 
• Desirable S/4 Hana in the Transport Management module
• Good knowledge of German and English
