Your tasks:

• Creation and maintenance of production-relevant master data in the ERP system for new products, product changes and existing products
• Creation and maintenance of workstations in the ERP system
• Creation of flexible control tables (production matrix)
• Creation and maintenance of work plans and production parts lists
• Optimization of resource planning
• Simulation of automatic and cross-plant production scheduling
• Target/actual comparison of production data
• Analysis and comparison of production requirements and production capacity
• Analysis of production data to optimize the production matrix
• Creation of decision templates based on data analyses

Your profile:

• Technical training with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of mechanical engineering/metal
• Professional experience in production planning or work preparation
• Basic knowledge of lean production an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office
